The Researcher, Patient Education will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to identify and evaluate appropriate patient educational materials/tools based on specific patient requests. He or she will monitor medical literature and evaluate new informational sources and social media for patient educational value, as well as assist in maintaining ConsumerMedical’s current digital and physical libraries.

As a Nurse Ally, this position provides health coaching, information and support to ConsumerMedical participants by phone and other channels, with a focus on cancer diagnoses. This position involves leading the day-to-day responsibilities and activities of the Service Support Team, including reviewing processes and materials for quality and efficiency, ensuring deadlines are met, and assisting with new employee recruiting and onboarding.

The Patient Outreach Coordinator engages and activates participants to seek the best treatment and make informed healthcare decisions. Responsibilities include both answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to assess participants’ needs, understand where they are in the treatment decision-making process, make referrals and support their particular needs. Strong telephone communications skills are required.

An integral member of the Marketing Communications Team, the Marketing Communications Specialist will assist in the execution and delivery of multiple communication initiatives within the Marketing organization as we look to deliver against aggressive business goals. This individual will coordinate the planning, development and tracking of print and electronic collateral for participants and will assist the Account Management Team in supporting clients.

The Director of Product Management will support our Medical Ally product portfolio including Medical Decision Support, Expert Medical Opinion, Claims Advocacy and High Cost Condition products. Responsibilities include ensuring a strong product-market fit to our target markets and managing product design, improvements and partner integrations that drive financial and clinical value and consumer engagement. The Director of Product Management will work cross-functionally and is responsible translating market needs to product requirements, and delivering products.

The Patient Service Representative activates participants to seek the best treatment and healthcare decisions by engaging with the ConsumerMedical Ally Team. Patient Service Representatives assess callers’ needs to gain an understanding of where they are in the treatment decision-making process, prioritize services, make referrals and support participants’ with their particular needs.

The Expert Medical Opinion Ally identifies and credentials top medical experts to assist participants seeking expert medical opinions. The Medical Event Coordinator manages events at customer work sites to increase awareness of ConsumerMedical as an employee benefit. Involves event coordination with customer, set-up, booth staffing, break-down, and submitting post-event summaries to the ConsumerMedical events manager. Ability to travel throughout the U.S. 90% of the time, work varying hours, and informally present information to employees is required. This is a part-time, seasonal, remote position.
