The Expert Medical Opinion Ally identifies and credentials top medical experts to assist participants seeking expert medical opinions. Responsibilities include conducting investigative research and preparing credentialing reports for participants; communicating with physician office to verify information; facilitating medical records collection; and scheduling appointments.

As a Nurse Ally, this position provides health coaching, information and support to ConsumerMedical participants by phone and other channels. The Nurse Ally works within a physician-led team to coordinate educational content and other services to meet each participant’s needs. This is a remote position with the hours of 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Eastern.

The Medical Event Coordinator manages events at customer work sites to increase awareness of ConsumerMedical as an employee benefit. Involves event coordination with customer, set-up, booth staffing, break-down, and submitting post-event summaries to the ConsumerMedical events manager. Ability to travel throughout the U.S. 90% of the time, work varying hours, and informally present information to employees is required. This is a part-time, seasonal, remote position.

The Director, National Accounts is responsible for the overall management of a book of business, including growth and increased profitability of existing business, assisting in the acquisition of new business, and the strategic direction of assigned accounts. The primary initial focus of the role will be to develop relationships with key decision-makers within existing client organizations to successfully expand utilization of ConsumerMedical’s services and products.

The Account Manager is responsible for servicing ConsumerMedical customers in partnership with the Director, National Accounts. The successful Account Manager will be responsible for jointly building lasting customer relationships and managing expectations by orchestrating aspects of implementation from initiation, launching, ongoing activities and yearly reconciliation.

Patient Services Representatives engage, coach, educate and activate ConsumerMedical participants to make the best treatment and healthcare decisions. They assess callers’ needs, understanding where they are in the treatment decision making process, and providing coaching, referrals, and support for their particular needs.

The Researcher, Patient Education collaborates with a fast-paced skilled team of researchers, physicians, nurses, engagement specialists, and health professionals to find and evaluate appropriate patient educational materials/tools based on specific patient requests; researches and monitors medical literature; evaluates new informational sources and social media for patient educational value; and assists in maintaining and updating ConsumerMedical digital and physical libraries.
